Jalapeno Dip


- 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked till crispy

- Crumble bacon (Precooked bacon will work)

- 2 pkgs of 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

- 1 C. mayonnaise (or sour cream or Greek yogurt)

- 4-6 Jalapeno's, chopped & seeds removed

- 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

- 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1/4 C. Green onion, chopped

- 1 C. crushed Ritz crackers

- 1/2 Parmesan Cheese

- 1/4 C melted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350* F

  2. Combine bacon, cream cheese, mayo, jalapenos, cheddar and mozzarella cheese and diced green onion into a bowl

  3. Stir well

  4. Transfer mixture to deep dish pie dish or 8x8 casserole dish

  5. Spread evenly

  6. Sprinkle ritz crackers, parmesan cheese and melted butter all over the top of the dip

  7. Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly
