Who Says You Have to Grill Ribs?


Ingredients

- Serves 2 but can be doubled

- 1 rack of baby back ribs, cut into 3-4 pieces

- 1 C. barbecue sauce

- 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Cover and cook in your slow cooker for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender

  2. If you have a big Crock Pot or slow cooker you can easily double this.
