Easy Chicken Bake


- 1 can cream of chicken soup

- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 4-6 chicken breasts

- 1/2 C. milk

- 1 C. instant rice, uncooked


  1. Use a 9" x 13" baking dish

  2. Combine soups, and milk; stir until well blended

  3. Pour soup mixture over the chicken and rice, making sure all pieces of chicken are covered and that all rice is moistened

  4. Sprinkle dry soup mix over the chicken

  5. Cover with foil and seal tightly

  6. Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until check is done a rice is tender
