Hawaiian Hors D'oeuvres


Ingredients

- 3 lbs. lean hamburger

- 1 C. soy sauce

- 1/2 C. water

- 2 tsp. powdered sugar

- 1/4 tsp. garlic spice

Directions

  1. Form hamburger into balls no larger than 1 inch across.

  2. Place in a 9 x 13" dish

  3. Mix soy sauce, water, powdered sugar and garlic spice

  4. Pour over the hamburger balls

  5. Cook for 1 hour, uncovered at 275*

  6. Serve warm with toothpicks.
